Haha! I finally figured out what Ken's writing reminds me of... or vice versa... it's that silly "All your base are belong to us" flash thing that's been going around the web for the past few weeks! Ken wrote it! I just know it! The bad grammar, the wierd spelling, the phrases that make absolutely no sense... He's the bad fansubber that's the bane of my existence! Or... erm... something.
Here's part of what he wrote for the rug that's going up today:
This Textile is of mavellious miestery with its various elements. And of Bigfly. The two dragonfly's like figure rarely used in Rug's, but on occasion you could find them in Sandpaintings, the Navajo religious ceremonie.
Now what, pray tell, am I supposed to do with that?! I usually end up having to almost completely rewrite his copy, but today I don't even know where to start.
