The word of the day is Mango.
Say it with me: Mango. Say it in a cheesy announcer voice: Mahn-go~.
Church Street Cafe now has Mango iced tea. It doesn't take much to delight me. ^_^<3
At this time, two weeks from tomorrow, I'll be getting off a plane in Austin, picking up my baggage full of costumes and stuff, getting in a rental car and driving to Melanie's apartment. Then... driving to the hotel where UshiCon will be held, to pick up our badges. Then, probably dinner. ^_^
Only fifteen days till I get to see Melanie! Yaaaaaay! I've been getting all the stuff together that I've been meaning to mail to her for the past... several months... ^_^;;; I just hope that the stuff I got Emily will still fit her. *lol* Today I'm burning her copies of *cough* certain j-rock cds... and I need to tape copies of certain concert dvd's (hey, if she's going to be my screaming fangirl for my j-rock cosplay, she's gotta see those).
Yesterday was my third anniversary working at the gallery. Three years I've been here... plus the couple of months the summer before I started full time. And finally I'll be getting business cards! *lol*
*blink blink* *jaw drop* I got flowers! Flowers just arrived! Bright genki pretty flowers! For me! With a card saying "congratulations on your anniversary"! Mmm, the roses smell so nice.... Wa~~~i! **^_^**
Y'know, I could rant about how wierd office politics have become around here lately, but I'm just not going to let that spoil my mood right now. *grin*
Oh... yet another quiz result. *snicker*
Should I be scared that my second place result was Nurse Mana? Naah... and I wish that book would get here soon.
Say it. Mango. XD
